I have done this painting on rice paper with Chinese  water color  splash technique . Living in Colorado one is surrounded by Nature's treasures of magnificent mountains , tranquil valleys and beautiful water falls and surely that is my inspiration for my meditative paintings.

    A Flowery Village

This fanciful, flower lined village reminds me of a visit to Epcot Center in Florida a few years ago.

    Mangrove Roots

A view of colorful underwater roots ordinarily hidden from sight takes on an abstract quality and I feel the rhythm created by the repeating shapes, patterns, colors and textures.

    From a Memory

Can't you remember driving down this road? The artist creates that strong sense of such a memory with washes, few strokes and low value colors in a landscape painting that relies on keen attention to perspective drawing.
